Hourly rate: $135.00
On call time for court (in office): $135.00
Deposition/Trial Testimony (does not include preparation time): 4 hour minimum
Mileage: .47 per mile
Other expenses: At cost
Once retained in a particular matter, the hourly rate remains in effect for a period of twelve months at which time the rate will be adjusted to the then current rate.
Fire protection/code consulting services can also be provided by a negotiated monthly retainer. These services can also be provided on a fixed fee basis for a specific project. No services will be provided ona contingency basis for matters involving litigation. All accounts will be invoiced on a monthly basis and accounts are payable on receipt. Deliquent accounts will be subjected to a 2% monthly service charge.
